Our bikes come equipped with thoughtful features to support new riders, including flash training wheels, a basket, and a water bottle holder. The quick-release seat simplifies height adjustment, and the saddle with a holder helps children learn to ride without training wheels. Foot and hand brakes provide powerful stopping power when needed.
To encourage customization and ownership, each JOYSTAR bike includes a DIY decal kit, allowing children to personalize their ride by adding their name to the frame or chain guard. The chain guard also protects the chain, ensuring the bike lasts longer and prevents injuries from accidental contact.
Assembly is a breeze, with the bike arriving 85% pre-assembled and basic tools provided. Even a novice can have the bike ready to ride in about 20 minutes. If you encounter any issues, our 24-hour customer service team is available to assist you.
JOYSTAR bikes are sized to fit a range of ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. The 12-inch model is suitable for 3-4 year olds (33-41 inches tall), the 14-inch for 3-5 year olds (35-47 inches), the 16-inch for 4-7 year olds (41-53 inches), and the 18-inch for 5-9 year olds (43-59 inches). 20-inch bikes are available for 7-12 year olds. Remember, child height can vary, so it's important to consider the size recommendations carefully.
